It was adjudged among the Global Best 20 in Health Care and Global Best in Telecommunications and Retail & Consumer Goods in the 2013 Global Outsourcing 100 survey by the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP). HGS also won the "Runners Up" for the Best Outsourced Provider in the 14th Annual Call Center Week USA by IQPC. It figured in the 'Deloitte Technology Fast 50', which is a ranking of the country's 50 fastest-growing technology companies based on the percentage growth over the last five years.
