Mr. Ramkrishan P. Hinduja

Mr. Ramkrishan P. HindujaMr. R.P. Hinduja, Chairman of the Board, is a graduate of the Wharton School of Business University of Pennsylvania. He is credited with incubating successful startups in the fields of Telecom and Cable TV Business of HGS Ltd and spearheading and developing the technology, media, and telecom activities of HGS Ltd worldwide with leading market shares in their respective areas of operations. He has worked with Amas S.A., Geneva, as Analyst and with Arthur Andersen S.A., Geneva, as Auditor. Mr. R.P. Hinduja holds Director positions in several companies.

Ms. Shanu S.P. Hinduja

Shanu S.P. Hinduja

Ms. Shanu S.P. Hinduja, a senior member of the Hindujas, joins HGS as Co-Chairperson. She upholds the rich legacy of the family and invigorates the Group with an intuitive yet grounded approach.

She graduated in finance and economics and started a career at Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley and Nomura gaining experience in portfolio and asset management. She has a wealth of experience and exposure across the Group's ten sectors, amongst them banking, trading and healthcare. With this experience, her role as Senior Advisor on future strategy and expansion to the Hinduja Group's Chairman, Mr. Srichand P Hinduja, has been of special significance.

Her primary responsibility is to continue the legacy of the Group's Founder, Parmanand D. Hinduja and develop the Group Chairman's vision to improve healthcare and education. These include supporting the Duke of Edinburgh's Award providing Hinduja Scholarships at Cambridge University and Massachusetts General Hospital.

Ms. Hinduja has pioneered the Foundation's work with the Environment, with support as a founding member of the Prince Albert II of Monaco Foundation.

In 2012, Shanu S.P. Hinduja led two important causes, the establishment of the "Dharam Srichand P. Hinduja Fund for Complementary Medicine" at Columbia University, inaugurated by Prince Albert II of Monaco, and sponsorship of the CleanEquity conference in Monaco.

Like the Founder's mother Punchbai Hinduja, Shanu S.P. is a spiritual person, whose passion is women's rights, writing and philanthropy. Her life's mission brings a fresh approach to the Hinduja Group by addressing global issues including the environment and creating awareness of sustainable human living.

She will dedicate her efforts to preserve and enhance the wealth for the Group and increase its contribution to society.

Shanu S.P. is the eldest child of Sareeta and Srichand and has two children Karam and Lavanya Hinduja.

Ms. Vinoo Hinduja

Ms. Vinoo Hinduja is a B.A. in Business Administration from Richmond College, England, and holds a Diploma in Health Policy and Management from John Hopkins University, USA. She held various senior positions in multinational conglomerate. She received training in (1) The Cromwell Hospital, London (2) Credit Sussie Bank, Geneva (3) Chase Manhattan Bank, London, in areas such as Hospital Administration and Management as well as Banking and Finance.

She is Member of the Governing and Executive Boards of:
- The National Health and Education Society, India;
- Hinduja Foundation;
- P.D.Hinduja National Hospital & Medical Research Centre, Mumbai

Mr. Anil Harish

Mr. Anil HarishMr. Anil Harish is a B.A., LL.B., LL.M. (USA). An Advocate, Mr. Anil Harish is a partner in D.M. Harish & Co., a well-known firm of advocates, and possesses over 30 years of experience in legal practice, specializing in Income Tax, FEMA, and property matters. A Director of several companies, Mr. Anil Harish is also a former Managing Committee Member of the Income-Tax Appellate Tribunal Bar Association and a former Managing Council Member of the Chamber of Income-tax Consultants. He is a member of several Committees of the Society of Indian Law Firms (SILFs) and has written several articles for various publications.

Mr. Rajendra P. Chitale

Mr. Rajendra P. Chitale Mr. Rajendra Chitale is a Commerce and Law Graduate and Fellow Member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and is on the Board of several companies. Mr. Chitale is a Managing Partner of M.P. Chitale & Associates (India's only boutique full financial structuring legal and Tax Firm) and M.P.Chitale & Co. (one of the India's leading Accounting and Consulting Firms). He is also a Member of Insurance Advisory Committee (IRDA) and Advisory Committee on Regulations (Competition Commission of India). In the past, Mr. Chitale has served as a Member of High Power Committee constituted in November 1998 to advise on restructuring of Unit Scheme 64, Takeover Panel (SEBI), Company Law Advisory Committee (Government of India), Maharashtra Board for Restructuring State Enterprises, Investor Education & Protection Fund, Advisory Group of Derivatives (SEBI) and India Advisory Board of Bank of America NT&SA. Mr. Chitale has also served in the past as Director of Life Insurance Corporation of India, Unit Trust of India, Small Industries Development Bank of India, National Stock Exchange of India Ltd., and SBI Capital Markets Ltd. Mr. Chitale also authored an acclaimed treatise on interest-tax titled "The Interest-tax Act, 1974-Law & Practice".

Mr. Rangan Mohan

Mr. Rangan MohanMr. Rangan Mohan is a B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from the University of Madras in India and is a Post Graduate in Management Studies from the prestigious Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. Mr. Mohan started his career with CMC Ltd. and then moved to Wipro Infotech Ltd. before joining Mphasis BFL. Thereafter, Mr. Mohan was the CEO of Global H Software Ltd. Subsequently, Mr. Mohan held the position of 'President and CEO' of IT division of Hinduja TMT Ltd. Mr. Mohan is currently on the Boards of several IT Companies and advising them in their growth strategies. These include Companies engaged in Enterprise Services Management, audio/video embedded software development and Business Intelligence. Mr. Mohan is active in several associations such as NASSCOM - the National Association of Software Companies, CSI - the Computer Society of India and ESC- the Society for Export of Software from India. He is a working member of the IT Committee of the Confederation of Indian lndustry and is a well-respected speaker in several fora such as national and regional level seminars and educational institutions.
