Aggressive CRM and marketplace implementation puts new payer on pace for next open enrollment period
HGS Colibrium Inc., (“Colibrium”), the proven leader in integrated Sales and Service automation solutions designed specifically for the health insurance industry, today announced that its Tuo® Marketplace and Tuo® 360 have been selected by Vibra Health Plan to provide their sales automation solution for the senior market in the fall of 2016.
In advance of the next open enrollment period, which begins October 15, Colibrium will deploy Tuo® 360, a CRM overlay that instantly transforms SalesForce and Dynamics into health plan-specific solutions, and Tuo® Marketplace, a transformational platform that provides both national and regional carriers with the ability to sell and service all health insurance products online and engage their members throughout the customer lifecycle.
“A unique, intuitive, world-class consumer experience is critical to our success,” said Michael Fiaschetti, President and CEO of Vibra Health Plan. “Colibrium’s Tuo® 360 provides the market’s only integrated CRM capabilities, and we know its capabilities are essential to the customer experience we want to provide. Colibrium understands our business and approaches things as our partner, not a vendor. Once the implementation began, we felt like we were getting more than just the software application we had purchased, a unique experience with a software company.”
Together, Colibrium’s Tuo® 360 and Tuo® Marketplace will enable Vibra Health Plan to proactively manage its sales funnel, tracking conversion metrics from leads to appointments, prospects, opportunities, and, finally, to members; streamline reporting data from myriad sources and systems; optimize and automate workflows within the sales and marketing processes; and establish granular, transparent, end-to-end performance metrics for Vibra Health Plan’s executive team.
“Colibrium’s solutions were clearly ideal for Vibra Health Plan, which has a desire to create a unique and holistic member experience,” said Colibrium CEO Mark Poling. “The flexibility of Tuo®’s user interface and our integrated CRM solution will give Vibra Health Plan tremendous flexibility and insight into automated, targeted marketing efforts to both members and brokers, and offer a unique, simplified shopping and enrollment experience.”
