The Outsourcing Institute today announced that Capgemini, Concentrix and HGS have been named the winners of this year's Best Outsourcing Thought Leadership (BOTL) Awards for BPO Innovation. The BOTL Awards highlight the most innovative business process outsourcing (BPO) work that showcase use cases from providers across the outsourcing industry, and the best thought leadership that encompass innovation, creativity and results within client engagements. The BOTL Awards will be presented at the BPO Innovations Conference on Thursday, Oct 22, 2015 in New York City.
The judging panel of six senior sourcing executives and business decision makers from Fortune 1000 enterprises selected this year's winners in the following categories: Visionary Thought Leadership, Best Practices, Cost Reduction, and Innovation from over 20 submissions. Judges included Shelia Knuckles, Business Process Outsourcing Relationship Lead, McKesson Corporation; Al Crew, Director, Global Sourcing and Strategy, UBS AG; Art Prifti, Managing Partner, Harvard Consulting Group, LLC; Steven Allsopp, Professional Services Category Team Lead at Bloomberg LP; Aaron Glatt, Strategic Sourcing at The Guardian Life Insurance Company of America; and Hossur Srikantan, Principal & CIO, RAV TEK, LLC.
Submissions were evaluated on purpose - timeliness, quality, uniqueness, usefulness and creativity, results, and positive impact on the client's bottom line.
"We launched the BOTL Awards several years ago to help buyers learn about some of the most innovative approaches in the marketplace and create awareness around providers and solutions they may not typically be aware of," said Daniel Goodstein, President, Outsourcing Institute, Media & Events Business. "The BOTL awards give providers the unique opportunity to showcase their perspectives and success stories to the greater marketplace within IT and emerging technologies, as well as BPO."
"We are delighted to shine a light on the cutting edge work of providers across the outsourcing industry showcasing industry-leading visionary thought leadership, best practices and use cases that encompass innovation, creativity and cost reduction," said Shelia Knuckles, Judging Committee Chair, and Business Process Outsourcing Relationship Lead, McKesson Corporation. "Congratulations to this year's BOTL Award winners for delivering proven results to their clients' bottom line and strategic growth initiatives."
