The Careline & Unilever Partnership has won a Highly Commended award in the Outsourcing Partnership Category of the CCA Excellence Awards 2010.
CCA Excellence Awards programme is designed to recognise achievements of individuals and organisations committed to delivering outstanding customer service. The Excellence Awards is the most respected and sought-after programme, unique through its peer group judging process. The judging panel includes professionals from all sectors, and senior executives with wide-ranging experience in customer contact centres.
Charles Cooper-Driver of Careline said, "Success in this award is a testament to Unilever's far sightedness and Careline's willingness to engage with our clients' fundamental business issues. Together Unilever and Careline have created a consumer care line that is a positive engine for business change. As well as delivering an exceptional experience, our agents capture consumer intelligence that is used to improve Unilever's market responsiveness."
Anne Marie Forsyth, Chief Executive, CCA said, "We would like to congratulate our winners who each demonstrated not only impressive skills and insight but extraordinary passion and commitment to delivering a world class customer experience. There is clear evidence of strong leadership within our membership and dynamic new talent entering the sector which will result in continuous improvements in service delivery."
The Awards winners were announced on the evening of 16th November 2010 at CCA's Gala Dinner & Excellence Awards Ceremony, held at The Hilton, Glasgow.
Members and non-members were invited to submit for the awards programme. All judges are appointed following a rigorous application process demonstrating their experience and capability to judge the submissions. Only judges who operate or work in customer contact centres are appointed. This innovative, independent judging process allowed the awards programme to be a credible recognition of professionalism and achievement by fellow customer contact professionals.
