HGS appoints Neil Rae as President for North America Sales & Client Services

Hinduja Global Solutions Limited (HGS) (Listed on NSE & BSE, India), today announced the appointment of Neil Rae as President – Sales & Client Services, for its North American operations. To be based out of Toronto, Canada, Neil will lead the Sales and Client facing organization for HGS in North America, overseeing client management for existing clients and acquisition of new business in the US and Canada. He will also be a key member of HGS’ Global Advisory Board and participate in overall corporate strategic planning. Neil has two decades of industry experience ranging across start-ups, IT Services & Consulting and Business Process Management (BPM). He joins HGS from Transcom Worldwide, where he was Regional General Manager – North America and Asia. With over 12 years at Transcom, he has held several roles in Sales and Client Services including region and country leadership. He has significant experience with clients in North America being serviced from domestic, near shore and offshore locations, especially from the Philippines.
