HGS opens new facility in Pune

Hinduja Global Solutions Limited (HGS) (Listed on NSE & BSE, India), today announced that it has launched a new center in Pune, India. With an initial capacity of over 320 seats and 600 employees, HGS expects to expand further to touch a headcount of 1,000 by end of FY 2016-17 in the Pune center. The new facility will consolidate existing operations and new business in one location. Currently, the team provides customer care support to premium segment customers of a telecom client in India.  Pune has a huge talent base of English-speaking graduates and HGS is looking to leverage this pool to provide comprehensive customer experience solutions to clients in telecom, financial services and ecommerce verticals.
