HGS dominated the Americas final of the Contact Center World Awards in Orlando, Florida bringing home trophies for “Best Outsourcing Partner” (Gold) and “Best in Customer Service” (Gold).
The awards recognized HGS’ powerful digital enablement solution for a long-standing relationship with a Japanese consumer electronic company, as well as an analytics and insights solution that resulted in a soaring Net Promoter Score for a major financial services company, respectively.
